Because of local and state COVID-19 updates, changes have been made to our business delivery system.

The majority of direct, in person service delivery is suspended. When direct, in person service delivery is necessary to protect health and safety, screening, sanitization, and social distancing will be applied.  Monitoring the changing circumstances is ongoing.

Behavioral Health Services

As of July, 1st, Behavioral Health (BH) is back open serving people face-to-face following the precautions below.  The ultimate goal is to provide the best services in the safest way possible for all involved.

All BH staff has received following training:

  • Daily cleaning responsibilities (surfaces, items, vehicles).
  • Proper use of health checklist
  • How the COVID-19 virus spreads
  • Social distancing
  • Wearing of masks and proper removal
  • Hand washing
  • Proper use of hand sanitizer
  • No groups larger than 10
  • Face coverings will be worn

Developmental Disability Services

Developmental Disability Services (DDS) has moved to primarily face to face services as circumstances allow but also continues to offer virtual services to those who are unable to/uncomfortable with attending face to face. We do continue to follow social distancing guidelines.  The ultimate goal is to provide the best services in the safest way possible for all involved.

All DDS staff has received following training:

  • Face coverings will also be worn by all who are able
  • Additional PPE will be worn as needed
  • A Risk Screening Checklist, which entails temperature checks, for all employees, participants, and visitors is utilized upon entrance and exit of face-to-face services. Anyone showing any symptoms is prohibited from entering our services.
  • Daily cleaning responsibilities (surfaces, items, vehicles).
  • How the COVID-19 virus spreads
  • Social distancing
  • Wearing of masks and proper removal
  • Hand washing
  • Proper use of hand sanitizer
  • Maintain a Contact Tracing log throughout the day for all participants and staff and we offer Integrated Community Inclusion activities, but do require a consent prior to doing so.

Employment and Career Services

Employment and Career Services (ECS) has continued to provide services virtually as appropriate and begun face-to-face services in the community and at the offices. The ultimate goal is to provide the best services in the safest way possible for all involved.

All ECS staff has received following training:

  • Proper use of health checklist
  • How the COVID-19 virus spreads
  • Social distancing
  • Wearing of masks and proper removal
  • Hand washing
  • Proper use of hand sanitizer

  • Office sites are closed. Services will be provided remotely with no face-to-face contact until further notice.
