Because of local and state COVID-19 updates, changes have been made to our business delivery system.

We continually monitor the impact of COVID-19 and adjust as necessary based on recommendations from local health departments.

Services are being provided either virtually or in-person. When in-person services are provided, face coverings are worn (exceptions allowed in some instances due to an individual’s disability), group size is limited, social distancing is enforced and cleaning and sanitizing is increased. For specific details pertaining to one of our service departments (Behavioral Health Services, Developmental Disability Services, Employment and Career Services or Transitional Living) related to your community , contact the area program manager.

Our retail stores and e-commerce are open. Store hours are updated as needed based on the impact of COVID-19 in various communities. See store locator for specific details about hours of operation. Donation drive thru’s remain open seven days a week. See store locator for updates. When shopping face coverings are required and social distancing is monitored. Cleaning and sanitization protocols are in place.

Our administrative office is open. Face coverings and social distancing required. Cleaning and sanitization protocols are in place.

Thank you for your support and patience as we navigate our ever-changing environment to ensure safety for all.
