Updated:  June 30 2020

Because of local and state COVID-19 updates, changes have been made to our business delivery system.

The majority of direct, in person service delivery is suspended. When direct, in person service delivery is necessary to protect health and safety, screening, sanitization, and social distancing will be applied.  Monitoring the changing circumstances is ongoing.

Behavioral Health Services

Behavioral Health (BH) has successfully been providing services through only virtual means since March 30, 2020. BH will continue to provide services virtually as circumstances allow even as we begin to offer face to face services again both in the community and at home until July 1, 2020. The ultimate goal is to provide the best services in the safest way possible for all involved.

All BH staff will receive the following training prior to the office being open to individuals served:

  • Daily cleaning responsibilities (surfaces, items, vehicles).
  • Proper use of health checklist
  • How the COVID-19 virus spreads
  • Social distancing
  • Wearing of masks and proper removal
  • Hand washing
  • Proper use of hand sanitizer
  • No groups larger than 10
  • Face coverings will be worn

Developmental Disability Services

Developmental Disability Services (DDS) will continue to provide services virtually as circumstances allow even as staff begin to offer face-to-face services again both in the community and at the office. The ultimate goal is to provide the best services in the safest way possible for all involved.

All DDS staff will receive the following training prior to the office being open to individuals served:

  • Daily cleaning responsibilities (surfaces, items, vehicles).
