He enjoys supporting the community by helping kids develop their skills in sports, education and life through coaching and mentorship.

Dill is excited to lead an organization that provides valuable resources and supports to communities across 55 counties in greater Nebraska, “I am humbled by the opportunity to lead this organization that has such a tremendous history of service to the communities across our region. It has been a privilege to get the opportunity to work with and learn from Tammy Slater who has led the growth and development of our Goodwill through unprecedented times. I have been blessed to have her as a mentor over the past year and cannot imagine a better way to transition into this role. We have strong leaders and great employees who lead with their heart and rally around our mission and I am excited for the possibilities that we have before us.”

Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska’s mission is to help people with disabilities or barriers achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. Goodwill lives this mission every day by helping people through the process of recovery, teaching skills leading to increased independence, supporting people to find jobs that match their talents and gifts and empowering people to focus on their strengths and abilities rather than a diagnosis or disability.

Dill’s experience, background, and connection to Goodwill’s mission will lead to a seamless transition that continues to place Goodwill’s emphasis on serving people and supporting communities throughout Greater Nebraska. Curtiss and his wife Laura, along with their three kids, Riley, Logan and Cassidy reside just outside of Hastings. They enjoy spending time in the outdoors, watching the kids participate in various activities, traveling, and enjoying time with family and friends.
