Let your unneeded goods do some good.
When you donate to Goodwill, you make a difference in people’s lives, strengthen communities, and create a healthier environment. Every item you donate helps support our mission of helping people with disabilities or barriers reach their goals and improve their quality of life.
Your donations of items in good condition are tax-deductible, and the proceeds from selling donated items support services for people with disabilities and barriers so that they can receive support for wellness and recovery, access to the resources necessary to live independently and receive supported employment to work in the competitive job market.
Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska has two types of donation centers where we can accept the communities’ gifts of donated goods.
Goodwill gratefully accepts donations of clothing, shoes and household items that can be sold in our retail stores “as-is”. We also accept monetary donations which can be mailed or contributed online with a credit or debit card.
We ask that you donate usable things, since Goodwill cannot repair items before they are sold. You can help us get the maximum benefit from your contribution by asking yourself if you would purchase the item in its present condition.
