Goodwill employees work with individuals to help them build skills, become competitively employed, and maintain employment in the community. Goodwill employees also work with employers to ensure a job match between qualified candidates and job openings, maintain a strong, responsive working relationship with employers to address ongoing needs. Services provided help individuals living with a behavioral health diagnosis and/or substance use disorder, intellectual or developmental disability, acquired brain injury, autism spectrum disorder, or other barriers to employment to develop skills to successfully obtain and maintain employment.
