Goodwill Gives Back: Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska Donates $8,017.39 to Lexington Community Foundation

Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska is proud to announce a community donation of $8,017.39 to the Lexington Community Foundation as part of Goodwill Gives Back, Goodwill’s initiative focused on volunteering, community partnerships, and reinvestment across the region. This contribution supports Lexington Community Relief Fund to provide assistance across many organizations impacted by the recent Tyson plant closure.

“Goodwill exists to help people with disabilities or barriers reach their goals and improve their quality of life,” said Kendra Lutz, Development Officer, of Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska. “Through Goodwill Gives Back, we are able to reinvest directly into the communities we serve. We’re honored to partner with the Lexington Community Foundation and contribute to the important work happening in Lexington.”

The Lexington Community Foundation works to support programs and services that meet real needs in the community. Goodwill is grateful for the opportunity to join that work by providing support that helps local organizations and residents move forward.

“Every donation and every purchase helps fuel Goodwill’s mission and our ability to give back,” Lutz added. “This gift represents the impact we can make when a community comes together with CARE at its core.”

Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska remains committed to strengthening Nebraska communities through purpose-driven partnerships and opportunities that promote independence, dignity, and meaningful progress.
