End of the Year Message from Curtiss Dill

Dear Friends,

For many, the holidays are a time filled with celebration, time spent with family, and a look back at accomplishments from the past year. For others, the holidays can be a time filled with anxiety, depression, and loneliness. While we are participating in the celebrations of the season, we are reminded of Goodwill's mission to help people with disabilities or barriers reach their goals and improve their quality of life.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the people who place their faith in us as we walk beside them during their journey to overcome the barriers in their lives. The courage it takes for someone to reach out and seek assistance is nothing short of inspiring. There are and will continue to be tough days, but our goal of meeting people where they are in life and appreciating them for who they are helps build the first step towards overcoming those days, so when the good days arrive, we can celebrate together. Thank you to our community partners and stakeholders. Your support and commitment to our mission are invaluable and directly impact that work that we do in Greater Nebraska. From sponsorships and donations, to spreading the story behind the store and concentrated advocacy efforts, you are helping make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Finally, I would like to thank our amazing employees and contractors we work with on a daily basis. Thank you for putting your heart and mind into everything you do. The impact you have on other people is real and in many instances, you are the one on the other side of the hand reaching out for help. Thank you for helping fulfill our promise to the people we have the opportunity to serve.

I wish you much joy and happiness and hope that the new year brings you a wealth of possibilities. Thank you again for helping us keep people at the center of what we do.

Blessings,

Curtiss Dill
