Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska took center stage at the second annual Goodwill Mission Optimization Learning Event (MOLÉ) in San Diego, CA. The event brought together workforce development leaders from across the nation to share insights, network, and engage in workshops aimed at strengthening their missions.

Sharing Insights on Retention and Post-Placement Services

Kim Buschkoetter, Vice President of Compliance and Training, delivered an impactful presentation on “Retention and Post Placement Services.” Her talk highlighted the innovative strategies developed through Goodwill’s Opportunity Accelerator Cohort 4, focusing on empowering individuals to overcome barriers and achieve long-term success.

Opportunity Accelerator: A Game-Changing Initiative

Randa Musil, Program Manager of Employment and Career Services, joined the discussion by sharing her insights on the Opportunity Accelerator program. Designed to enhance workforce development and create meaningful opportunities, the program has made significant strides in rural Nebraska. Musil emphasized the importance of collaboration, noting that the MOLÉ event provided a platform for professionals to connect and exchange strategies to drive impactful change.

Leadership Team Highlights Mission Impact

Curtiss Dill, CEO of Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska, led a presentation alongside key team members, including Tamara Snider, Vice President of Mission Services; Megan Boss, Director of Employment & Career Services; Kim Buschkoetter; and Randa Musil. Together, they showcased how the Opportunity Accelerator is transforming lives by helping individuals secure meaningful employment and achieve economic mobility. Their collective efforts underscored the importance of addressing barriers to employment in rural communities.
